What counts as an “active client”?
Any client with an open application, job, or task in the last 12 months. Settled, declined, or archived clients don't count toward your limit.
How does DocuSign integration work?
Professional and Business plans connect your own DocuSign account so loan documents, disclosures, and contracts can be sent for signature directly from an application — alongside MBMS's built-in signature capture for privacy agreements, which is included on every plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated for the current billing period.
Where is my data stored?
All documents and data are stored on Azure infrastructure in Australia, encrypted at rest and in transit, on every plan.
